Hello,
I've had two problems with my website since last year after the server migration. Until now, I have had these issues and cannot edit my site at all.
I have been told before by support to change my password, log out and then log in again to fix the 'login invalid' error. Unfortunately it does not work for me. I have tried it out more than once, on many different days.
I was eventually told to post the issue on the Community Support so that someone who has the authority to fix it will see it and help me with it. However, there was no response, and then the Community Support area is now gone, so I am reposting the issue.
I hope that someone who reads this can help me with this issue, or perhaps alert someone who can.

- I cannot access cPanel - I get the 'login invalid' error.
- The website is down - typing the URL does not load the website
