Hi,

I have Sugar CRM installed on my site & am presently having problems accessing it. It's intermittantly not acceprting my usrname/password & when it does, it throws me back out once i try to navigate around. Having taken it up with their support I'm told I need to look at my PHP settings. Unfortunately, CPanel too won't accept my username/password, which is excatly the same as used to access ny account here. So, I logged into the forums successfully & was able to navigate around freely, but when I tried to create a new post I got a message telling me that I hadn't got permissions to do it & a whole list of reasons why that might be.

So, I know lots has been happening with X10 & there have been all sorts of dire warnings about asking for support, but having now left it for 3 or 4 days, I'm hoping that I'm not going to be in the proverbial by asking for support now. I believe my site is on Chopin or Boru & according to all I'm reading on latest threads, things look as if they should be sorted, so I don't know why I'm still having problems.

From what support at Sugar are saying, my PHP problems have probably been caused by all this upheaval that X10 have been going through & even if I do access my CPanel, I have no idea whether I am going to be able to sort things out, as I am a virtual novice. That said, I would appreciat it if someone can assist, so I can at least try.

Cheers.

On the basis that no one appears top wish to assist, perhaps i need to clarify that the issue i have is not a Sugar CRM one; the information i have been given by their support is that this is a hosting issue & the fact that i can't even get into CPanel would appear to suppport this.

Additionally, here is a further update............ As well as doing all the things i mentioned previously, attempts to access my crm this morning have also intermittantly led to me getting the following message displayed when i click on my crm link:

Warning: mysqli_connect() [function.mysqli-connect]: (00000/1105): #07000(proxy) all backends are down in /home/firepro/public_html/PBCRM/include/database/MysqliManager.php on line 280
Could not connect to server localhost as firepro_bodkpau. port . #07000(proxy) all backends are down

................. So, I really would appreciate it if someone could assist. I have been very patient; I have read all the news & announcements & have left submitting a post until a good 4 or so days after everything had allegedly been put right according to the news updates.

Cheers.

Oh & I can't reply to posts in the forum either. This is what I get:

firepro, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
  1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
  2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.
I can only create posts through support ticket via my account panel, it seems.

Ummmm....... I'm trying to be so patient, but no one seems up for assisting, hence a little bump before this support request vanishes into the mist of time. Everything mentioned previously still applies...... I still can't access cpanel or my online database.............

Hi Brandon,

The plot thickens. Now I can't access my website at all & am getting the following message:

The page you are looking for is temporarily unavailable.
Please try again later.

This is on my normal link: http://www.firepro.x10hosting.com/

I get exactly the same message now when i try to access cpanel too on http://www.firepro.x10hosting.com/cpanel

Ive also tried to access cpanel using the following link: http://www.firepro.xhosting.com:2082/login/ & with this i get the login page but, despite definately using the correct login, it tells me that 'login attempt failed'.

Login for my database would normally be via: http://www.firepro.x10hosting.com/P...le=Users&login_module=Home&login_action=index bu this too brings up the same message.

How confusing this is all getting!
