Unable to access CPanel or Webmail

Hi,

I'm unable to access both CPanel and Webmail - was wondering if it was because my account is so new or the addresses you have hard-linked and no longer functioning.

The addresses I get when linked are:

https://starka.x10hosting.com:2096/
https://starka.x10hosting.com:2083/login/

Both of these should work, are you able to get to a login prompt before the error occurs?

Nothing, no login - simply:

Any ideas? Maybe DNS isn't resolving - do you have a direct IP I can try to access Control Panel? I simply want to start uploading my WordPress and Forum .

Still having the exact same issues as the other 2 users posting about not being able to access CPanel - I am not behind a Firewall of any sort, and have tried on 2 PCs and my iPhone.

Something is definitely up.
