Unable to access cPanel site

I am unable to access the cPanel site to do any editing. This is the first time its occurred. I've already cleared cache and cookies, and tried a different browser and still unable to access the site properly.

After about 5mins it will finally finish loading and I will only see the adds and the log out option at the top of the screen. There has been no changes made to my computer as far as security software or browser settings.

I'd like to get this resolve so I can continue to work on my site.
