Unable to access CPanel

I am unale to access cpanel and FTP ( i was able to before ). FTP gives a timeout and cpanel only loads upto the Stats, It wont show any icons and would stay their loading forever. The file manager (i've accessed through browser history) shows an error and i am unable to access any files!

You are not alone on that... having that issue for... erm... 3 hours by now? ...
The service is just intermittent... maybe it is related to the new "hosting" plan that is being executed.
