Unable to access cPanel

Hi X10, I am trying to access cPanel with my username and password and it keeps telling me that the details are incorrect. I have used the password reset feature on your account page and this allows me to reset my account password but still does not let me access cPanel.

My username is zenlok.

Hi,

I am having the same problem from 4 days and my all services like FTP, Cpanel, and mysql are down.

I know this is due to movement to the new server(FRIS). But, I think there might be some time period into which one single account is updated or moved to FRIS.

So, if any admin can help, please update my account as it is down from 4-5 days. :frown:

ive been asking this in open forum alex since yesterday with no reply from any of the admins

have you any idea when the cpanel issue will be sorted out as i need to get in to cpanel to sort out some ip,s i need to add to my block list

i really am getting fed up asking the same questions?

FTP should be working, can you use that? I don't know when everything will be back up, it should be pretty soon though.

and ive been using the ftp add-on for firefox this afternoon to do a few files

i just really do need to get into cpanel to do some bigger jobs thats all

im also finding it very strange that this site doesnt seem to be very upto date when it comes to info coming through on work in progress?

shame as everything else is absolutely superb !

They're planning on updating the site when all the migrations are finished

Same problem here. Since the move I've been getting an Invalid user/password response on login to the cPanel.
I desperately need access to the cPanel to set the allowed external database server to Fris.
