Unable to access cPanel

After clicking either Login to cPanel or Login to Webmail from the Hosting Account Management page, I get taken to a cPanel page which says "Login Attempt Failed!"; logging in at that prompt does not work either. I'm hosted on Boru at the moment, though I haven't been able to access the website since it was migrated to Fris (I think, but am not sure, that it was initially on Stoli).
