Unable to access cpanel

I was previously on lotus and I have not noticed any updates as to when cpanel will be accessible, I have been unable to access my cpanel account for several months.

It still gives me the link to go to cpanel from http://x10hosting.com/control after logging in, but regardless of typing in the same username/pass I have always used, I am still unable to login to cpanel. It has been a few months since I was able to login to cpanel and I am assuming I may fall under the category of requiring a manual restore after all other accounts have been restored, so if this is the case please do restore my account, or if this is still the case that lotus has not been fully migrated let me know

You can't login to lotus because you are on boru now. Log into boru's cPanel instead.

I have tried boru's cpanel at http://boru.x10hosting.com:2082/login/
I have changed my password which was suggested from my last support request (for my account and forum, it evidently works as I am posting this using the changed pass), still doesn't make any difference I am getting a login failed with cpanel each and everytime, I have been unable to access cpanel for over 4 months now.

Worringly my sites now redirect to http://staff.x10hosting.com/suspended.page/

I'm going to escalate this thread now to a support ticket so that staff can help you further. Click on the yellow bar at the top to enter your support ticket and check for responses from staff.
