Unable to access cpanel

When trying to access cpanel from my account portal, I get this:

For me - server [ Absolut ] has had issues for weeks now

I can get cPanel's log in page with most tries - on some I needed to click on my browser's 'Reload' a few times

The URL I used --> https://absolut.x10hosting.com:2083/
