Unable to access cPanel

When I try to access cPanel from the Hosting Portal, I get the following error - is there any workaround/fix for this?:

[h=1]This webpage is not available[/h]The webpage at https://absolut.x10hosting.com:2083/login/?login_theme=cpanel might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
Error 111 (net::ERR_TUNNEL_CONNECTION_FAILED): Unknown error.

are you behind a firewall? If so, confirm that port 2083 is allowed.
