unable to access cpanel

hi, i registered fora new account today, got all of my activation emails etc. i have since tried to log into cpanel but keep getting "login attempt failed" i've put the correct password and username (willluca) but nothing. have since changed my password on my account but still no good. is there anyone who has experienced the same problem and do you have any advice a sto how to get through it? thanks

Can you try using these urls? http://vox.x10hosting.com:2082 or the IP url http://67.228.161.43:2082

Let me know if either of them work for you. If they don't we will reset your password.
