Since the migration my files still exist as they are visible and accessible through cPanel and FTP, however whenever I try to access a directory or file from the web i.e. via daniel-waghorn.co.uk/software/, instead of listing the contents I get the following error:
[ERROR] Can not open directory for URI: /software/!
or I get a LiteSpeed 404 error even though the files are definitely there.
