Unable to access host or cPanel

I have recently made a new host on your service today after hearing good things about it and me needing a new host, the request went through quickly and worked, now the host itself just says Problem Loading Page and so does the cPanel, is this a global issue or something wrong with my host?

I'm on Stoli and my host is http://exploitit-modding.elementfx.com

Your site shows up as Index of / with a subdirectory forum with a phpBB titled 'Exploitit Xbox 360 Modding' .

If you are still having problems with cPanel, please say what link/address you are using to try to get there.

Thats what I use and I get connection timed out every time

It seems that sometimes using https is a problem, so try

Nope same thing - Server timed out

1. Can you finally see your site?

2. Are you at school, work, etc , ie somewhere that might have a firewall or something else blocking some ports?

No I can't connect to the site or the cPanel

and I actually have no firewall at all atmo as I turned Windows Firewall off and thats all I had

Can you try flushing your DNS and clearing your cache?

Another thought is to tracert stoli.x10hosting.com and note the IP address your computer uses.
