Unable to access hosting account

Hi,
I was on lotus before the recent maintenance drive, and I understand the staff is having a tough time sorting out the issues. My account management tells me to login to cPanel at https://fris.x10hosting.com:2083/login/ which isn't accessible.
Just let me know if you guys are still fixing it up, or is it something I screwed up. Thanks

The link you specified works for me. You might want to try http://fris.x10hosting.com:2082/
Also try clearing your browser cache and flushing your DNS cache.

It resolves to 69.175.6.94 here, and the link http://fris.x10hosting.com:2082/ doesn't work
Is the IP same for you?

Yep, Fris's IP is 69.175.6.94.
Did you try clearing the two caches?

Yeah the 2082 link is working fine now, thanks But my data are still not there
Any news on the data (files, databases)? Or is it time to assume its gone and I should fetch my backup?

If you have a backup, I'd use it. Your account may not have been restored correctly but it will be easier for you to restore it yourself.

Yeah I do have a backup, but its kinda old (missing 2 articles, yeah my bad). Any way to find out if my data is still out there somewhere?

If you prefer, I can escalate this to a staff ticket where they can see if they have a backup of your account.
