Unable to access hosting control panel

Hello, as the title says, I can't access my hosting control panel normally. When I access it, the browser will display: Unable to connect correctly

Error connecting to x14.x10hosting.com:2222.

The site may be temporarily unavailable, or the server may be too loaded to connect. Please try again later.
If you can't view other websites either, please check your computer's network connection.
If your network is protected by a firewall or proxy, please make sure Firefox allows web access.

Hi,
I once had that issue, but I resolved it by using the link I received via email upon sign-up and account creation be sure to input the username created for you upon signup correctly as well as your password. Better still, save it in the draft of your mail
IDK if the URL is supposed to be x14, x10, or x13.
