Unable to access my 2018 account but the website is still online and working

Hello! I registered my email on 2018, I created a website but now I cannot enter my account and delete it. The reset password email never reached my mail. I tried to create a new account with the same email, just in case the account no longer exists, but the system says that I cannot use it because it is already an account with that email.

It seems I can access the forum (as I am writting this), but if I try to sign in with the same email and password to the https://x10hosting.com/login the message displayed is: "These credentials do not match our records."


What can I do? Domain: alvarogonzalezrando.x10host.com

i do not see any services related to your forum user name,
that domain name does not exist either, likely the account was deleted,.
staff might be able to help but its been a long time since you logged in.

some time ago x10 made some changes,
all users had to reset their passwords to use the new layout.
did you make that change ?
if not you can try it, go to https://x10hosting.com/reset
and add your new info. this might work for you, but if not you need staff to help.

I can see that you have not accessed your account in a very long time. We have since migrated to a new system in which your account has not been updated to yet for access. Please allow our team sometime to get this account moved over. Once that is completed you will be able to access our new portal to manage your service.

Thank you, ctyrd. I already tried to do that, but the situation is still the same that happened on my original comment:

In case that you cannot recover my account I would prefer to totally delete it, since I don't want the website to be online anymore.

DO NOT CREATE A HOSTING SERVICE we just need you to create a client dashboard account. You can link this forum username when you sign up.

This new client account should now be synced correctly to your hosting service. Please use the new account you setup and you should now see your hosting control panel access.

Pleased note you will also now be required to login to the dashboard account you created once every 30 days. You will be sent email reminders of this.
