Unable to access my hosting account.

I cannot access my hosting account, when i click the link it says:\r\nFree Web Hosting\r\nYou currently do not have a free web hosting account under your x10Hosting client account.\r\n-------------------------\r\nI have tried to re-verify my e-mail but that does not work either.
