Unable to access my mail account

I have configured name server for email:
ns2.x10hosting.com.
ns1.x10hosting.com.

But, I don't know what's the problem. I'm unable to access my mail account, whenever I'm trying to access mail.jweavers.com it's redirecting me to x10hosting home page. When I asked same question to my domain name provider. Then, they said, they can't help me in this issue and I should ask this to you (x10hosting).

Please. Help me for this !!

It does redirect because there is no site using that domain, it properly points to the server though.
Webmail uses the port 2096 (which would redirect to https://level.x10hosting.com:2096/ where the ssl is installed). The non-ssl port (2095) would try to redirect to ssl port, but in doing so give an error since there's no ssl installed on your domain.
