Unable to access PhpMyAdmin

I am getting the message whenever I try to access phpmyadmin:
cPanel was unable to successfully log you in to phpMyAdmin. If you are having issues logging in to phpMyAdmin, please submit a support ticket.

How do I fix this? Thank you.
