Unable To Access Prog in cgi-bin

Hi.

I now have the following error message....


Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /cgi-bin/dada/mail.cgi on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I see..........thats GREAT.
just to do that without actually letting anyone know is really BAD.
why the hell can't someone, whoever is in charge send out emails to let people
know..........................rather than having to come here and put in a support
request eh ????? that WAS my d/opt-in email list..............now I'm totally buggered.
