Unable to access services even when its Active

I'm facing issues accessing services even when it's active could you help me look into it. Thanks in advance

Your main domain is not using our DNS for hosting. You will need to reach out to the provider / owner of the domain and make sure the site and DNS records are pointing correctly

Hi Eric, after correction dns record are reflecting properly. But unable to access services. Can you verify if my services are not disabled/suspended?

I can see the domain and service is active. If you are seeing anything else you may still need to wait until the local DNS updates on your end.
