Unable to access site by ftp or load cpanel

Good afternoon folks, am having a few troubles today and would be very grateful if you could look in to it for me please:

Unable to ftp into the 'stoli' server to codefusion.co.cc. Have tried on both computers in the house, with dreamweaver, wise-ftp, browser (firefox).

ftp.codefusion.co.cc responds to ping request with no packet loss:
'Reply from 69.175.122.178: bytes=32 time=127ms ttl=46

Trace Route also responds fine:
14th hop: resolves to stoli.x10hosting.com [69.175.122.178]

Website however is loading fine. :biggrin:

Also cpanel on the stoli server isn't loading fully either for me, just keeps trying to load.. See attachment.

just wait about 15/20 minutes

Yeah been trying for the last hour or so, thought i would see if its a system fault. :biggrin:

Just flushed my dns, cPanel & ftp still unable to connect.
