Unable to access site via control panel or ftp, etc...

Hey there it looks like I'm still on lotusold? Any status updates on when I'll be on the new server? I was under the assumption that the move and account migration was completed. I don't need my old website files, I have backups of everything. Just really need to access the account properly so I can upload files/make changes.
