Unable to access SiteReptile

I have created (and re-created) FTP accounts, but when I go into the SiteReptile feature (from the cpanel) and provide my FTP user/password and click Next, it always returns with an error saying the Username or Password is invalid. As I said, I have carefully checked and re-checked my user/password but I still am unable to access SiteReptile.
Any suggestions? Thanks.

Have you tried using your cPanel username and password instead?

I have tried the solutions in the other threads related to this topic (unable to login to Site Reptile) including changing my password, etc.. All of those threads are now Closed. Is there a solution posted that someone could point me to? (Or reply on this thread?)

On one of the threads had a link to the Support area, however when I tried to follow the link I received the following error:

Fatal error: ERROR: You do not have access to this Ticket. in /home/support/public_html/modules/tickets/client_tickets.php on line 172
