Unable to access subfolder

Greets,

Im trying to test a Joomla site here. I have that set up fine here:

http://sotdtest.x10hosting.com/brewer/

However I tried to add phpbb3 forums in a subfolder, and im trying to install them by going to the subfolder:

http://sotdtest.x10hosting.com/brewer/forums/

and all I get is a blank white page, any reason for that?

You should upgrade your PHP version to Intermediate. You can do this from the account management panel.

I dont seem to see an account management panel in my cpanel :/
