I am afraid I may have restored my website under the wrong folder as it is not displaying properly. It is displaying as a subdomain under www.bdi.10hosting.com/ealcala
Another bigger problem I have is that I am unable to access the backend of the site. I get error 500
Do you have any suggestions on how to resolve this?
Thank you.

You can go into cPanel's File Manager and navigate to the "alcala" folder. Select all the items and Move them to the previous folder (public_html).
About the backend, do you mean your website's admin area?

Thank you for the prompt response.
Yes, I mean the Joomla admin area. I did try that with no luck. I get a broken link error.

Not all the files may have been uploaded to the server for Joomla
If this was a recent install, you might want to try installing Joomla again.
