unable to access the C panel

Hi,

Over the past couple of days, I have been unable to access the C panel. When I sign in on the sign in page, I get the message that I'm successful and is redirecting me to c panel. Then the page is unable to load. Please help to fix this problem, thanks.

FYI: I am experiencing the same problem: Screen hangs at "Initializing..." after successful login takes place. :-(
