Unable to access to my cPanel

Hi, I created an account yesterday and i received confirmation which my hosting account was created. But the web page for cPanel is unavailable when i try to access to it at this address : https://absolut.x10hosting.com:2083/login

I am sorry but when i click on both links, i have this error :
ERROR
The requested URL could not be retrieved

I am not sure but it seems there is a problem with the server and it is not specific to my account.

Well both of these addresses are opening fine for me. So this is sure there is no problem with server. The problem is on your side. may be your router is blocking ports 2082 2083.
Please check this one http://yourwebsite.com/cpanel and post back the result.

Also try restarting your router.

Yes, it was my router which blocked port 2082 and 2083. It works fine when i modified it.
