Unable to access Website and cPanel

Hi Support,
Now I can't access my website/domain koole.web.id. It cannot be resolved from DNS. And when I try to access cPanel, I have error message with authentication failed. I tried to change the cPanel password from the client account panel successfully, but still I cant login to cPanel with authentication failed.
koole.web.id is my addon domain. Main/primary domain is indonesia-in-london.x10hosting.com, and I unable to access that domain also with following error:
"The domain you have requested is currently not in use under an x10Hosting web hosting account."
Please advice.

Hello,

I have started the restore for your account, it should be available in a couple hours. You might need to update the password, as it is a known issue that passwords does not work properly after migrations.

I'll close this ticket, you can re-open it by clicking "Administrative" if the account is not back in working order in 24 hours.
