Unable to access Website or C.panel

I have been unable to access my website or Cpanel for weeks, have waited until the upgrades were complete.
Website link says "Link to database cannot be established"
Cpanel says the webpage may have moved?
Are there some settings I need to alter?

Use

https://boru.x10hosting.com:2083/login/

to log into cPanel.

When you log onto cPanel, try to use PHPMyAdmin. If you can, that indicates your Remote Hosts seem to be set properly.

Then try cPanel --> MySQL Databases , remove the user from your database and then add back with ALL PRIVILEGES.
If that does not work, try deleting the user entirely and recreating him and readding to the database. You will have to use the same password or adjust your software (SMF, Wordpress, Joomla, etc) configuration file.

I am still unable to log in, it says login attempt failed?
I have reset my password, still no good?

You will be able to reset your password through the Account Management Panel once the backend is synced with WHM. This will happen over the next 24 hours. Until then, you may open another support thread if another problem arises.
