unable to access website or CPanel

I have been unable to access my website and CPanel for around 4 days now. I am hosted on the chopin server, and was just wondering if this is "normal" during the move?

Corey pointed out that the servers will more than likely come down, or be unresponsive during the move, so I guess, yeah, it could be considered "normal" during a move.
