unable to access website

I have bjp.exofire.net site, on which I am configuring Joomla.
However, bjp.exofire.net is not accessible.

(a) It will take me days to configure Joomla, since I am learning, therefore, if there are any suspensions, kindly permit access, if its because of not hosting ads.

(b) I do not know how to put ads in Joomla.

Can some administrator kindly help me.

Does it work now?
We were performing some maintenance on stoli which may have caused apache to go offline.
