i am unable to access my web mail client (horde) i am actually new here, would like to know if it is not included in the free host thanks

It should be but theres been issues with the webmail.
I would honestly use a 3rd party client and use pop to download emails, or set up your emails with google's email for websites( http://www.google.com/apps/intl/en/group/index.html ). Its Free and offers up to 50 email boxes.
