Unable to activate new WP theme and Askimet

I have been trying to activate WP theme but I cannot not activate any themes within the theme folder, I have installed the same theme on an other server fine so it is not the file, I have also installed the same theme on my wampserver at home, again that is fine, it just seems to be your server that is bloking any activation with in word press, at the same time askimet is saying your fire walls are stopping any changes or contact with any other servers, could this be the problem with word press?
Could you advise me what to do as I do not want to over load your CPU and get evicted lol I have tried to reinstall 3 times and activate 3 times so may be pretty close to a notification (suspension) coming my way from your servers lol

Will have a word with the head admin about Akismet, it's likely caused by changes we had to do to prevent abuse.

For the theme, you would need to download the files and upload them to your account using ftp or file manage, at least for the time being.

Thanks Anna for the quick reply, I blame you not for changing your setting etc because of abuse, I like this server, its a bit slow some times but hey ho its free so we cannot complain, just wish I could buy my way but no work at the mo, after contacting you it all of a sudden worked....SO thanks for chatting to your supervisor they and you took away a huge head ache lol
