Unable to add addon domain

There was a problem creating the addondomain. Show Details
Error from park wrapper: ujwal.in is owned by another user.

in my old setup I was at
ujwal.x10hosting.com

now when I was unable to create it again, I tried
ujwalic.x10hosting.com
and it was success

now I am unable to add my addon domain
if you can restore my old
ujwal.x10hosting.com
help me add my domain

Are you adding from the cPanel or the account panel?

Is the domain pointed to the x10hosting nameservers and did you add it to a previous account?

yes
it was mapped to my previous account
with the recent changes I am unable to remap it again

Can you try adding it now? I have removed the last bits that had remained on name server about the domain.
