Unable to add custom domain in addon domain

I have this domain -> laafo.com . You can see that I have updated the nameserver settings at http://whois.domaintools.com/laafo.com . Now, I do the following:-
1. Go to domains
2. Click add new domain
3. Click on add separate domain
4. Type laafo.com
5. Click + Add new domain button
But, I get the following error:-
Unable to add the domain name − Unable to create addon domain. Please verify that it has been set to the proper DNS name servers. Please help me.

Hi Deval, in your control panel please navigate to Get Support -> Visit Forums -> Link forum account to web hosting account. Once this step has been done we can better assist you.

Hi, on the whois information, it says "Status:Locked".

Note
If the domain name is Locked/Suspended by BigRock.com, you will have to first unlock/unsuspend it before proceeding further.

Unlock it first, then try adding it again. Also, try adding it using a parked domain.
