Unable to Add Domain and Install Wordpress/Cannot Delet Files

- I have removed a domain but is still showing on my Hosting Account Management Panel
- I am unable to install Wordpress:

The installation can not be completed:- You chose to install in the main directory of the domain XXXXXXX, but there are conflicting filenames, therefore we can not proceed. Following filenames already exist in the main directory of the domain XXXXXXX (path="/home/kaim26/public_html/XXXXXXX/").You must manually remove these files before proceeding with auto-installation:
wp-admin
wp-content
wp-includes

I am unable to remove those files.

Please help. Thanks!

Login to cPanel --> File Manager or FTP in.
Go to /home/kaim26
Note the permissions on public_html
Change them to 0777
Change to directory public_html
Remove the files/directories
Go back to /home/kaim26
Restore public_html permissions to original settings
