Unable to Add Domain - Error

When I type in my new domain "example.com" I get the following error:
An error has occurred. Please refresh the page and try again.

I only have 1 domain currently used, x10.mx but I would like to add my own and then change my NS records with my register.

What am I doing wrong?

Have you tried adding the domain you wanted besides example.com?

Yes of course. Sorry just used that as an example. It’s a basic word, (not a bad word).com

I have, Safari, Chrome, new browsing, turned off content blockers etc…

What is your account default domain? So I can check out the status of the server.

Server 198.91.81.13 working just fine. Must be the domain your adding. What is the domain??

I’ve tried lots of different domains just to see if it was a word I was using.

Update name servers to x10 name servers!

Please don’t tell me I’m that stupid. I thought I had to put in the domain first and THEN change name servers. I will try that
