Unable to add parked domain

I used to have my domain ploppythefish.com pointing to my free hosting site. When you moved servers I lost my files and it seems that the domain is no longer configured properly. I have tried to re-add it but it says it is already configured, which it no longer is. I went through and deleted everything that I could find in cPanel relating to ploppythefish.com in order to start again however it still says this domain can't be added as it is already configured. Could you please reset my account to it's default state, removing any remnants of the domain ploppythefish so that I can set it up again.

Any chance someone could help me with this please? I opened this support 3 weeks ago and have heard nothing. I cant use my hosting account until this is sorted and will have to move it elsewhere if I'm ignored.
