Unable to add second domain name on the free account

Hello, I tried to add second domain on my free account and I get this error:" Cannot execute your request. Domain adding disabled"
Any pointers on how to fix this problem? The Domain is http://violinheaven.com/

Also , is there a requirement to log in every 60 pr 90 days on the hosting account to keep it active? I am looking to have 2 websites that are static and small.

What is your default domain? Do you have any sub domains on it?

Login here: https://x10hosting.com/login at least once in thirty days to keep the account active.

@STAFF probably has to get it working for you. Can you wait till they show up, or you want to try to roast them?

We are aware of an issue that may prevent domain adding. Our team is reviewing this and should have it resolved shortly.
