Unable to change Main domain

Hello,

I'm trying to change the Main domain from keyurm.x10hosting.com to gprssetting.info but i'm getting an error while modifying the account.

Below is the detail which I see from "open actions"

Could you please look into this and let me know what do I need to do.

Also currently I've set the A record for gprssetting.info to ip 69.175.120.122, Which I believe would work and its correct. Pls correct me if I'm suppose to point this domain "gprssetting.info" to some other IP.

The A record is correct. I am Escalating your thread to ticket area, Admins will fix this issue.
