Unable to Change Password

OKay... I've tried this three times now and three times I've gotten the same result. I'm trying to change my password, but it won't change. And I've also tried updating my email address and that won't change either. When I hit save changes, it just brings me right back to the cPanel page. And when I try to log in with the new password, it says wrong password. When I look in the account settings again, it still has the old info.

Should also add, I've tried two different browsers: Firefox and Chrome.

Still doing the same thing, Bryon. T_T Sad day. That email doesn't work, so... Very sad day.
