Unable to change primary domain name

I tried to change my primary domain name from secretss.x10hosting.com to secretss.com but got an error (screenshot) Would you please look into it? Thanks .

Also, is there a way to redirect any URL with .net in it to the same URL but with .com in it? For example:

Redirect
http://anysubdomain.secretss.net/any/directory/or/file.extension
to
http://anysubdomain.secretss.com/any/directory/or/file.extension

I tried the redirection in cPanel and even messing with the .htaccess file myself, but it's not complete By not complete I mean:

I set http://blog.secretss.net to redirect to http://blog.secretss.com in cPanel. But while blog.secretss.net/ redirects to blog.secretss.com/, blog.secretss.net/some/directory/here stays at the .net version and doesn't go to .com.

Furthermore, images not only do not get redirected, they error and don't even show up: http://secretss.net/images/skull.png gives me a page with "http://secretss.net/images/skull.png" displayed and doesn't go to http://secretss.com/images/skull.png, which displays the image just fine if you go to it directly.

Do you own the domain with the name servers set to ns1.x10hosting and ns2.x10hosting ?

Yup! A check with http://secretss.com shows it running fine (ignoring the under-maintenance sign ).
