"Unable to Connect" - Apache Down? [Cossacks]

My site isn't loading because it's unable to connect to the server. Are you guys doing more Apache recompiling or something? Server down?

Just want to give a heads up to the administration just in case it has gone unnoticed until now.

A response would be fantastic. Thanks!
