Unable to connect to Control panel and FTP

Hi, today I tried to connect to my ftp account but I couldn't and got this error:

Status:	Connection established, waiting for welcome message...
Error:	Connection timed out
Error:	Could not connect to server
Status:	Waiting to retry...

so I tried to login to my cpanel to see what's going on, but when I entered my username and password nothing happens. It just stucks and doesn't login. so I was wondering if it's a server problem or it's me.

I got a problem with ftp too
Right now I'm trying to login to the cPanel and it takes ages to load the page.
It seems stuck. I just closed the page after waiting for a few minutes.

yea, seems you have the exact same problem so this is probably from the server then.

likewise, ftp and cpanel just dont seem to load

I got connected for a while but then again it's not working very good.
Ok, it seems more stable now.
