Unable to connect to DirectAdmin

If I try to connect to DA I get an SSL error.

With Chrome:

This site can’t provide a secure connection x12.x10hosting.com sent an invalid response. Try running Windows Network Diagnostics. ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR

With Edge:

The connection for this site is not secure x12.x10hosting.com sent an invalid response. Try running Windows Network Diagnostics. ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR

With Firefox:

Secure Connection Failed An error occurred during a connection to x12.x10hosting.com:2222. SSL received a record that exceeded the maximum permissible length. Error code: SSL_ERROR_RX_RECORD_TOO_LONG

While on Opera I can't login at all with this error:

Error code EAFE714841139947D. Please go to the support forum for assistance. with VPN disabled.

Enabling or disabling Opera's VPN makes no difference.

I also disabled my antivirus' web protection and I cleared Widows SSL state and x10hosting.com related cookies. Again no difference.

If I go to FireFox -> Tools -> Advanced -> View Certificates -> Servers -> Add Exception there is a Get Certificate button. If I try https://x12.x10hosting.com/ it says the site returns a valid certificate, no need to add an exception. The same for https://x12.x10hosting.com:443. But when I test https://x12.x10hosting.com:2222 I get "No Information available. Unable to obtain identification status for this site". For some reason the button to add an exception stays grayed out and I can't add one.

The problem has been solved. It was a router issue.
