Unable to connect to FTP - Connection timed out

  • I've created an FTP account for my domain eqd-saar-alfarid.x10.mx with username amal0001.
  • I'm trying to connect using FileZilla, but I keep getting a 'Connection timed out' error
  • I have already checked my password and made sure my firewall is not blocking the connection.
  • Could you please check my server status and help me resolve this issue?
