Unable to connect to MySQL

Account id FAP14144398.
My free account emikon.x10.bz has been down for the last few days. When connecting to the site I receive the following error "Database Error: Unable to connect to the database:Could not connect to MySQL".

Please note that I am able to access the database trough cPanel.
