Unable to connect

Hello,

Access to my website has been down for over 24 hours. I am in good standing and can access my Control Panel and also can ftp into my site. Is this a server change issue or is something else going on?

yeah me too my cpanel is down for almost 4weeks,and NOW i can't access to my site now for over 10hours
but i can connect to my ftp using filezilla..
we need response why our site is down, my site is always down what's happening
