unable to create a community account

I have 2 separate x10.mx websites each with a different email. I have created a community account for 1 of the sites. I keep getting a suspension notice on the 1 where I am unable to create a community account. The error message when trying to create the new account is "that email address is already in use." I"ve tried a lot of different ways to correct the problem but I"m stuck now.

When you first registered, you agreed to this:
Multiple Accounts
Users detected to have multiple accounts may be suspended without notice. If you are an educational institution or non-profit that will be accessing multiple accounts from a single location please contact us so we can mark your accounts accordingly.
If you do apply but haven't contacted them then that's what you should've done.
